ARF faction member Artsvik Minasyan says that there are three members of the government who live only on the account of their salaries. These people are ARF member Spartak Seyranyan (minister of education and science), Arsen Hambardzumyan (social protection minister) and minister of finance Tigran Davtyan. Answering to journalists’ question whether it means that the other ministers have other sources of incomes he said, “I am speaking about those people who I know.” Artsvik Minasyan has addressed this issue in connection with the bill proposed in the parliament to increase the salaries of about 300 high ranked officials and he is one of the initiators of that bill.
