During yesterday press conference when speaking of the allegations of some of the opposition leaders, who claim that only the first president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan can resolve the NKR conflict, the chairman of the NDP Shavarch Kocharyan said, “I can remind you how the government of Ter-Petrosyan ended up, remind you of the article “War or Peace,” remind you of Ter-Petrosyan’s claim that we should obey the order of Azerbaijan.” And political scientist Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan said, “During the last 20 years Ter-Petrosyan hasn’t changed his views, which have always been succumbing, far from reality, Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and the opportunities of the Armenian people.”
