He does not believe

Almost every day the prime-minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan is having meetings with officials of different divisions and presenting programs on reformations and economic development. “We must start a new life starting from now,” said the PM on Tuesday during his meeting with state officials. Ex-PM Hrant Bagratyan does not believe in such reformations and says, “Now Armenia is a country of legalized illegal monopolies. The program of the government shall clearly specify that hence Mikhail Baghdasarov will not have monopoly on aviation oil import, that Barsegh Beglaryan will not have monopoly on gas import, etc. Do you understand what I mean? The government’s program should specify that Samvel Alexanyan will not have monopoly on sugar import. We have degraded to the extent that such things shall be clearly specified in the programs. We need for competition but the program does not write anything about competition and it seems that Armenia does not have such problem at all,” said Hrant Bagratyan to our correspondent.
