Minister of Finances of the RA Vardan Khachaturyan made the following
announcement yesterday: “We have solved all problems concerning the
homes located near the earthquake zone.” But minister, how, may I ask?
What about the homeless? After his speech, the minister realized that
his statement aroused many questions, so he tried to correct himself by
saying: ” Not all of the homes near the earthquake zone are safe. There
are especially a lot of unsolved problems in the regions.”
