According to our information, former deputy vice-speaker ARF member Vahan Hovhannissyan and the head of the ARF faction Hrayr Karapetyan are going to change with their places. Thus, according to this information Vahan Hovhannisyan will lead the ARF faction and Hrayr Karapetyan will get the vice speaker’s position. To note, Vahan Hovhannisyan resigned after the presidential election reasoning that there have been violations during the election and the society does not trust them any more.
