By considering the recent rumors of the number of the arrested citizens as a result of the March 1 events yesterday our reporter asked the secretary of the Prosecutor General’s Office to provide with the list of people, who had been arrested so far. According to that list there are 106 citizens arrested in Noubarashen, Vardashen, Yerevan-Kentron, Artik and Vanadzor penitentiaries. Yesterday the spokesperson of the Prosecutor’s Office Sona Truzyan told our reporter that on March 18 the case of 5 citizens (Mamyan Yurik, Baghdasaryan Husik, Ghrejyan Avetik, Harutyunyan Hovhannes, Siradeghyan Seryozha) were processed and sent to the first instance courts of the given marzes. They are accused based on first part of Article 235 of the RA Criminal Code (holding and hiding illegal weapons).
