Yesterday the Foreign Minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanyan announced in the NA that Azerbaijan is trying to dissolve the Minsk Group through the OSCE secretariat. “This is quite known for us. They have officially applied to the secretariat and we are aware of that. This information hasn’t been publicized yet. I am doing it right now,” he assured.
