The recent political developments in Armenia have significantly affected the economy of our country. The Armenian authorities have expressed their opinions about such affect on the fields of tourism and investment. However, the problems are not limited with these fields only. All the economic fields are interconnected and this phase will cover the entire economic sphere. The signs of such affect can be seen already. Even though the national statistics services have not published the official information for March, it is clear that the process of inflation is deepening. All types of food, technical facilities, construction materials and fuel are more expensive now. This growth of prices will affect the other products and fields like a chain reaction as well. Even though the growth of prices in the real estate market is frozen in this phase, it is expected that the prices of apartments will grow as well.
