Yesterday economist Edward Aghajanov was invited to the police department of Nor Nork. There he was informed that he will have to pay a fine for his participation in an illegal rally. “At about 8:30 in the morning two young men came to me and told me that I am invited for questioning. I went there and talked to them. I told them I had gone to the rally to receive alternative information. This is my constitutional right. But they told me that rallies are not licensed and therefore they fined me,” said Aghajanov to our reporter. Let us also inform that after questioning Aghajanov the police said that they were going to send the materials to the administrative court to determine the size of the fine.
