To the question of the Nezavisimaya Gazeta newspaper on how the FM of NKR Georgy Petrosyan envisions the future of Armenia (as an independent union or within Armenia), the latter said, “Both as a minister and a citizen my answer is freedom.” Petrosyan also said that there is nothing unusual in the existence of two Armenian states. “There are Arabic states with common grounds and roots,” noted the minister.
