According to well informed sources on Monday late evening the meeting of Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan and the Legal State chairman Artur Baghdasaryan took place at the governmental summer house. The meeting was initiated by Baghdasaryan. He had asked one of the businessmen to convince Sargsyan to receive him. Baghdasaryan entered the summer house not by one of his service cars but by the security service vehicles and he left the site in 25-30 minute by the same vehicle. In our previous edition we have already informed that before nomination he had asked Sargsyan for a Prime Minister’s position after elections. He promised not to run for presidency and endorse the Prime Minister’s candidacy if Sargsyan promised him the mentioned position. However Sargsyan refused him and Baghdasaryan decided to run. And now as the Sunday rally of Baghdasaryan shows the number of his supporters is no less than of Ter-Petrosyan. And so Baghdasaryan wished to meet Sargsyan to raise the issue of the position of a Prime Minister once again. According to our source the Legal State chairman said that all the polls show that his rating is the second after Sargsyan’s. He also expressed willingness to withdraw his candidacy and ask his electorate to endorse Sargsyan. Moreover, the Legal State chairman said that he would officially state that he was not going to endorse Ter-Petrosyan because his rallies showed that people will never vote for Ter-Petrosyan. By the way we have information that Baghdasaryan is keeping this meeting secret from his party members and only two or three of his loyalists are aware of the meeting.
