Yesterday during the meeting of the ARF presidential candidate Vahan Hovhannisyan with the voters of Tsovak village an incident occurred. At the moment when the candidate was presenting his platform to the villagers some car has started to honk the horn for a long time. The driver tried to go through the people. Later it turned out that the owner of the car was trying to reach his mother to hospital. “The gathered people were sure that there was no one in the vehicle and that the driver was just trying to interrupt the candidate’s speech. The village had many roads, which could take the sick mother to hospital,” writes the A1+.
