During yesterday’s meeting RA presidential candidate Serzh Sargsyan assured people that prior to the adoption of the law on land, that is prior to June 2001 all the buildings constructed will be legalized and the government decisions are not subject to change. “The government has made a decision twice and it is not subject to change. It is all about time. The officials are not ready to complete that case within 2-3 weeks because there are thousands of such buildings. There are over 100000 buildings like that in Yerevan. I assure you that this decision will not change. It is absurdness to evict a person from an apartment, where he/she had lived for 20-30 years. These apartments will be legalized,” he assured.
