Yesterday when talking to journalists the RA President Robert Kocharyan ensured that the campaign in general proceeds pretty calm. As of the incidents he said, “There will be incidents during the campaigns. Those occur in all countries. But I am asking everyone not to create and obey provocations. The organizers of rallies are also responsible for the order. No one should forget this. Only a few weeks are left and I hope and am even sure that everything will proceed calmly. The state structures are implementing their functions at a full level. Let no one have any doubts about this.” He added that there is a police hotline and even a special investigative group is created. “They have to investigate all the cases and periodically inform the public about that,” said Kocharyan.
