The public prosecutor’s office of Vanadzor has instituted legal proceedings connected with the case of destroying and damaging the property of “Legal State” party according to the provisions of Article 185/1 of the Armenian Criminal Code (destroying or damaging the property of other persons resulting in serious loss). Sona Truzyan, the general public prosecutor’s spokeswoman informs that the criminal case has been submitted to the regional investigation department of Lori region to proceed in the place. To note, on January 25 a person broke the window of the LS headquarter at Vardanants str. 47/1 in Vanadzor city and damaged the posters, thus causing a significant damage.
