Armen Ashotyan, deputy of the national assembly of Armenia, member of the Council of Republican Party of Armenia made several significant announcements during his interview to the Azerbaijani Day.Az agency. When speaking about the situation in Armenia he said that everything is stable in Armenia, the order of civil liberties and rights is fully maintained in the country. The country is taking active and stable steps of democratic development. Ashotyan excluded the possibility of color revolutions. There can maximum be unsuccessful imitations of color revolutions. He said that the rating of Levon Ter-Petrosyan has a better chance of increasing in Azerbaijan than in Armenia. When speaking of the NKR conflict Ashotyan said, “As a commander of the defense forces of Karabakh Serzh Sargsyan knows the price of peace. We have paid a very expensive price for the peace of the people of Armenia, Azerbaijan and NKR. Any new war will be an impermissible luxury for both of the sides.
