“The first president has good opportunities,” said former PM Hrant Bagratyan during a press-conference yesterday, “Levon Ter-Petrosyan is the only person who had such high position and could stay clear and hasn’t betrayed his principles”. H. Bagratyan has come to such conclusion after meeting with six candidates (except for Tigran Karapetyan, Arman Melikyan and Aram Harutyunyan). According to H. Bagratyan, the first president “has hard thinking abilities, which will help him to solve the problems in the country and develop better relations with the neighbors”.
