“Does anyone care about elections in Armenia so that to find any instruments of influence?” asked former SC deputy Aram Mailyan during a discussion held yesterday. Answering to this question Mr. Mailyan said that he doesn’t think that anyone cares about elections. “For example, if the USA were interested in the processes in Armenia, Armenia would not be left without an Ambassador during these three years. Russia is interested since they are interested in keeping this system as it looks like the Russian system,” said Aram Mailyan.
