According to the Lragir.am source in the president administration the president administration is preparing a bill according to which in case of resigning from a faction a member of parliament has to resign from parliament mandate. Apparently, the idea of such a law originated within the government to prevent the possibility of rat run because the government fears that some of the MPs may deflect from the government to join Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
