PPA leader Stepan Demirchyan has said that Levon Ter-Petrosyan will be nominated by civic initiative and that the reason the authorities are trying to exclude the provision on nomination through civic initiative from the electoral code is to prevent Ter-Petrosyan from nomination. Based on the PPA chair’s announcements we may assume that during the rally to be held on November 16 the first president will definitely speak about the allegations spoken against the existing authorities. S. Demirchyan said that there have been mistakes during those years and highlighted that “we have won the war during those difficult years, and it says everything”.
