The RA president Robert Kocharyan does not think that that the Karabakhi conflict issue is close to full settlement, however he believes that it is possible. He spoke about his opinion in Finland, during his speech at the Alexander Institute of Helsinki. “The independence of Karabakh cannot be subject for trade, no one trades with his/her independence, and trading with the independence of others is immoral,” he said.
