The culprit is known in both of the cases

It turns out that we "all really depend on one drop of fresh mineral water." And my saying this we mean one brand. We mean "Jermuk" because the regular functioning of Bjni Factory is ceased. It is not a secret for anyone that the total attack against the NA MP Khachatur Sukiasyan is connected with his oppositional political views. But let’s just for a second think that the State Tax Service is also an innocent structure and that it doesn’t have any connection with politics and it only does its job in Sukiasyan’s factory. And so in one perfect November morning the law-abiding inspectors of the tax service with a high-level civic obligation and civil society mentality decide to conduct inspections in the Bjni mineral water factory, belonging to Sukiasyan. Quite randomly on that same day one of other businesses of Sukiasyan, "Pizza di Roma" is being inspected; and also some other businesses. Does anyone believe this sentimental story? If yes, let’s continue. The tax service inspectors were not alone. They were escorted by the officers of the Police 6th Department. Are you interested why? In fact everything should have been one this way. The Tax Service should have conducted its inspections and in case of revelation of a serious violation or crime call the officers of the 6th Department of Fight against Organized Crime. But in this case the tax inspectors were escorted by the officers right from the beginning. Perhaps they didn’t wish to waste gasoline twice to get to the factory. This means that have saved the state means. This fact also speaks about their high-level civic mentality. Let’s be more serious now. Theoretically there are two versions – either the enterprises of the Sil Holding were really corrupt or very clean. There is no third version. Let’s discuss both of the versions. Let’s suppose the Sil Holding didn’t work clean. But let’s not forget that it is the largest holdings of Armenia and if there were any violations there the government should have been aware long ago. Besides that Sukiasyan has never hidden his political views and is smart enough to understand that the government has surveyed all of his businesses with a microscope to know that he is clean. OK. Let’s suppose that after all his business is not very clean. According to the doctors, "if there are no healthy people then there are the ones, who were not examined properly." The same rule works in the tax sector. It means that the government is not interested in the clean operation of the businesses but is more interested in the political views of the owners of those businesses. It means that as long as the owners of the businesses are loyal to the government there will be no need to conduct thorough inspections. Let them hide some of the taxes. This logic tells that the RA government had closed its eyes to businesses, which avoided taxes for years. As a result the state budget suffered. It means the government has harmed the state. Now let’s discuss the second version. In that case it turns out that all this is a common political persecution and the goals of course are political. But the RA Constitution reads that in Armenia everyone is equal to the law and that no one can be persecuted because of political views. Shortly put, it’s one of the two versions. Either Sil Holding has really hidden its incomes (according to this option the government must have constantly protected them and conduced to this) or the holding is really clean (in this case the government is violating the basic provisions of the RA Constitution). In other words, only the law will show whether the Sil Holding of Sukiasyan had violated the law or not but the governmental structures are guilty anyway.
