Adviser to the RA Foreign Minister Vahe Aghabekyan has been appointed the new executive director of the “Hayastan” All Armenian Fund. The Board of Trustees of the fund removed Naira Melkumyan Wednesday evening from the office of executive director of the fund. Naira Melkumyan was the executive director of the “Hayastan” All Armenian Fund since October 2003, and until then had been the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nagorno-Karabakh.
