Doesn’t ARP need to campaign?

Yesterday RA prime minister and chair of ARP board Serge Sargsyan had a meeting with the citizens of Syunik region. “I have come here to receive confidence and power from you, which will enable me to solve the problems of our state,” said Sargsyan. In Meghri, the prime minister announced that past rumors saying that Meghri might be offered as an exchange during the negotiations were not true. “No territory can be separated from the state, thus serious people with logical thinking would not say such things,” Sargsyan said. He petitioned the voters to be active and vote based on their free will. He believes that after such meetings he takes the people’s trust with him and leaves a little hope in its place that their problems will be solved. Yesterday Sargsyan was also going to meet with the citizens of Vayots Dzor region. Serge Sargsyan says that the ARP does not need to campaign since they are known by their work. “The party was born with its ideologies here, and if we don’t have support in Syunik, we will not have the moral right to have any expectations in the country at all,” he said.
