During a meeting with chairman of the National Assembly Tigran Torosyan on Friday, head of the OSCE/ODIHR observatory mission Boris Frlets expressed the hope that the Police of Armenia quickly respond to the event which took place in Yerevan (the shootings in the Erebuni district on Thursday) in order to find out whether the shootings had criminal or political origins. As far as the entire election campaign is concerned, the mission has characterized it as calm.
