On March 2 the leader of “New Times” party, Aram Karapetyan, said that there are political parties in Armenia “that are working as opposition and getting paid.” Certainly, this is not a secret for people, but Karapetyan promised that he would inform exact names during the pre-election campaign period and also would bring forth reasonable arguments. Answering our question as to when he was going to say those names, he said he would at the end of the official campaign period.
