Yesterday former Ambassador of Armenia to Canada, Ara Papyan made a statement that Armenia does have all the legal rights to claim the borders from Turkey defined by the Sevre agreement. We wander whether Turkey should empty the mentioned territory from 13 million people before giving it to us. Mr. Papyan says that we can make a mutual contract with Turkey. “Their citizens may live on our territory and give us $3mln per year” said Mr. Papyan. Besides that, if they do so, we can go and have vacation near Van or Black Seas, which we can give to Turks for rent too.
