Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan announced on Wednesday after his meeting with his counterpart Elmar Mammedyarov in Geneva that they were not able to overcome the “profound disagreements” during the negotiations.
“Although there is a clear conceptualization of our positions, it is clear that there are profound disagreements,” said Oskanyan.
According to “FrancePress”, the ministers have decided to conduct a meeting in April which, according to Oskanyan, may pave the path towards the presidential negotiations.
