The regional management minister, ARP member Hovik Abrahamyan has said that he was going to head the ARP pre-election headquarter. Yesterday he said that the board of the party was proceeding the decision to appoint him in the coordinator’s position. Hovik Abrahamyan says that he does not agree with the rumors that “Prosperous Armenia” party was founded by president Kocharyan. “I think so because that party is backed by people” said Hovik Abrahamyan. He answered to journalists’ questions yesterday at the “Erablur” pantheon, where he visited Vazgen Sargsyan’s cemetery.
