A five-year $2,860,000 dollar compact was signed by the “Millennium Challenges Corporation-Armenia” and the “Water Economy Development Project Implementation” state-run institution on Friday at the Government of Armenia. Minister of Territorial Administration Hovik Abrahamyan participated in the signing ceremony. Based on the compact, it is foreseen to implement the “Substructures” component of the “Irrigated Agriculture” subproject of the “MCA-Armenia” program and the “Constructive Strengthening” subcomponent of the “Water-to- Market” component.
