Yesterday the parliament delayed the discussion on dual citizenship till Monday. The NA commissions shall develop their recommendations in order to organize discussions. Yesterday concerning the discussions the NA speaker, Tigran Torosyan said, “People vote for their future. How can they vote for the future of others if their future is connected with other countries?” In addition, the head of ARF faction, Hrayr Karapetyan said, “There are two things that may define this parliament as unique in the history. The two important things are the Constitutional referendum and the law on dual citizenship”. We wander which of these two different points will be advocated more.
