“Tashir” is expanding in Moscow

The Russian “Forbes” magazine has publicized the list of 30 greatest real estate companies of Russia in February. The 12th place is occupied by Tashir Company, the annual income of which amounted to 67 million USD. The company occupies 19.700 square meter area and 104.100 square meter trade area. According to the Forbes neither the president of Tashir Company, Samvel Karapetyan nor the associates of the company don’t hide the fact that the greatest guarantee of the success of the company is to have good relations with the Armenian community of Russia. “Karapetyan has been in business since 1987 in an Armenian town Tashir. Later he moved his business to Kaluga. When communicating with compatriots he has gained numerous actives in the center of Moscow and the Black Sea resort areas. Moreover, now they provide Gazprom Russian Company with different devices. Last year Tashir started o build the Gazoil Plaza business center situated not far from the skyscrapers of Gazprom headquarters,” writes the magazine. Tashir has attained new areas in the mentioned part of Moscow. The Forbes writes that Tashir is going to create an alternative to the huge Moscow City. Let’s remind that Samvel Karapetyan is the brother of the Armenian NA deputy, head of the “People’s Deputy Group”, Karen Karapetyan.
