The list of the biggest 300 taxpayers of Armenia does not show that the hotel and lodging business is developing in Armenia. There are only two hotels included in this list. Notwithstanding, the official information reads that tourism and lodging businesses are developing by 18-20% every year. Furthermore, as well as new hotels are being built and most of the existing ones are being renovated. However, yet the field stays being shady and is not taxed in a duly manner.
