According to Armenian National Movement (ANM) board member David Shahnazaryan, the 1997 phased version of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution is currently on the table of negotiations, however now there is a new element-the referendum, which Shahnazaryan considers as positive. Dashnak Kiro Manoyan mentioned that the Dashnaktsutyun was against the “common state” version. According to him, although the current version under discussion is better than the proposal of the former Armenian authorities, they are against this one too “because there is ceding of territories and no final resolution for the conflict.”
