Prime Minister of Armenia Andranik Markaryan is also of the opinion that it is necessary to freeze the Karabakh conflict negotiations until the upcoming parliamentary elections.
“We’re not just freezing the negotiations for the sake of freezing; that’s the process. We don’t want the process to become a subject for speculation in the political field. There are issues, which shouldn’t be speculated when it comes time for elections,” said Markaryan during a press conference on Friday and divided the “undisputable issues-national security, Karabakh conflict and foreign policy.”
