One of the greatest investor in IT in Armenia, “Synopsis” company has started to lose a lot of finances because of the instabile currency exchange rates. According to the chairman of “Synopsis Armenia” CJSC, Hovik Musayelyan, they believe that the mentioned process can’t last long. In fact, if this devaluation goes on, Armenia will lose many things very soon, especially it will lose its achievements in IT since the greatest investors will have a lot of losses too. “I really don’t know whom to blame. The CB, government, EU or Pope of Rome? I don’t know. But I’m sure that there are culprits both inside and outside the country”, says H. Musayelyan.
