President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev has signed an order to open an Embassy in Armenia “for the purpose of improving diplomatic relations”. The president of Kazakhstan also signed an order to found an Embassy in Qatar and as well as reform their diplomatic representations in Singapore and the Netherlands. The order will enter into force as of January 1, 2007.
