Kofi Annan said in his interview given to BBC that the situation in Iraq is “worse than civic war”. He says that most of the Iraqi people feel worse now than in the tenure of Sadam. Annan petitioned the world leading states and the other countries to help Iraq overcome the existing difficulties. The latter also expressed his concerns about the existing situation in the Middle and Near East.
