On Saturday the ministry of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan made a statement concerning the Constitutional referendum to be organized in Karabakh on December 10, which reads that “the Constitution will not have any legal results, and the organizers can’t swindle the international community”. Furthermore, according to them the referendum contradicts the Constitution of Azerbaijan, violates the international laws and prevents the conflict settlement process.
