According to Azerbaijani mass media, the authors of the announcement dispersed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan about the Constitution referendum of Nagorno Karabakh to take place, emphasize that “the approval of any constitutional document about the autonomy of the people of the region of Nagorno Karabakh can only be possible in the case of the full, equal and direct participation of the Armenian and Azerbaijani people living in the region.”
“Azerbaijan will never recognize such illegal acts that are based on the flawed attempt to “have the event take place”, which contradicts the efforts made to acquire constant peace and stability,” as stated in the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry announcement.
