Yesterday Viktor Dallakyan was trying to find an opportunity reject his announcement concerning military uniforms and those wearing them in the presence of Serj Sargsyan in the parliament during the discussions of the state program on national security. Mr. Dallakyan was confused and was trying to explain that the mentioned announcement concerning military uniforms and those wearing it was unreasonable. “You don’t have to give answers to it; it was a joke” said Dallakyan concluding his speech. Answering to this note Sargsyan said that he hadn’t given any answer to that announcement and told a tale for Dallakyan. “Peli Poughi is going down to the city in people and his clothes have different old and new parts sewed together. Melik Shahnazar sees him and jokingly says that his clothes look nice, but partially. In respond Peli Poughi says “thank you, but partially”. If Melik Shahnazar did not say that, Poughi would not thank him only partially”.
