According to representative of “Alternate” political movement Vahagn Khachatryan, there will not be any improvement in the conflict settlement process during the Kocharyan-Aliev meeting in Minsk. The lagtter thinks that the existing authorities of Armenia are going on with their political course targeted to freezing the settlement process. Meanwhile, he notes that the announcement of Aliev before that meeting witness the fact that Azerbaijan is not going to make compromises, which means that hardly they may be any improvement.
