“Nezavisimaja Gazeta” writes that according to their information from diplomatic missionaries, the circular agreement of the Karabagh conflict that is being discussed states that the seven regions should be returned to Azerbaijan and Karabakh should join Armenia with a 40 km long corridor. The newspaper writes that the conflicting parties are discussing a program, according to which the mentioned corridor should be controlled by international peacekeeping forces. According to that, the mentioned draft program contains the following operations: Armenia is to take its military forces out of the Azeri territories under Armenia’s possession, refugees are to return back to their residencies, the conflicting parties are to recover diplomatic and economic relations, international peacekeeping forces are to be allocated in the territory of conflict, the international community is to provide financial and economic aid to Karabagh and later Karabgh is to organize a referendum for the purpose of defining its status.
