NA Deputy Victor Dallakyan announced that the “Prosperous Armenia” party hasn’t participated in elections. Therefore it is neither pro-government/government-oriented nor oppositionist. It’s a new party. When answering questions regarding the distribution of potato seeds or wheat by the mentioned party, Dallakyan mentioned that if the state was able to realize what its duties were, the party wouldn’t take those measures. “The state doesn’t comply with its duties and that’s why the benefactors start to get active,” he said. He mentioned that the US Defense Secretary would not open a water pipeline, let’s say, in Arizona State.
