Towards a bright future

The “Gallup” Baltic institution conducted a survey in August according to which most Armenians are optimistic about the future of Armenia. Out of the 1,200 citizens over the age of 18 that participated in the survey, 57% said that they were optimistic about the future, 31% said that they were neutral and only 10% were pessimistic; 5% don’t feel secure and are worried over the future of the country, 4% are not interested at all, 27% don’t have good expectations, while 45% believe that Armenia will have a bright future. Most of them don’t think that the situation has gotten any better throughout the course of this year; 23% think that the situation has gotten worse, while 18% say that there has been development.
