“I don’t advocate the decision of privatizing the Armenian railway. Armenia is still in war and the railway must stay under the possession of the government. Why do they think that the concession agreement is the best way? Why do they think that the Armenian government isn’t able to reconstruct the railway and improve it I’m sure that the government made this decision without thorough analysis”, said head of the Armenian Democratic Union party Vazgen Manoukyan.
