“Recently, President of Karabakh Arkadi Ghukasyan said that he was not going to run for president the third time, however he is currently undertaking actions in order to be nominated again”, writes “Lragir”. Recently, we found out that the head of the police of Karabakh, Armen Isagulyan, has ordered to conduct a survey and ask the citizens of Karabagh and students some questions in order to find out what they think about the president running for president for the third time. “There are two strange things about that. First, the police are doing civic work and they are not competent of doing that; secondly, the police are doing that despite the fact that the president announced that he was not going to run for president even if he had the opportunity. This means that either the police head doubts the president’s decision, or the president is not informed about that fact or the president regrets making that decision and is doing that for his personal interests”, writes the news agency and notes that according to their information, the government of Karabakh has started firing the state budget supervising employees whom they don’t like.
