During the parliamentary session dedicated to the issue of Hakob Hakobyan, NA deputy Manouk Gasparyan surprised deputies. The latter said that for such crimes, people usually are not taken to the national security services department and added that everything was ordered by the “higher authorities” and they wanted to take the deputy’s property from him. Manouk Gasparyan suggested an original solution for saving his colleague’s property, “You can register your property on behalf of my name. You can be imprisoned but shouldn’t give them what you have”, said Gasparyan to Hakobyan.
