On October 9, an Armenian delegation headed by Serj Sargsyan will leave for Moscow to take part in an intergovernmental session. They are going to discuss issues such as the operation of the businesses given to Russia instead covering state debt, economic and trade, energetic system, transport, connection and other related cooperation issues.
