The “Azatutyun” (Freedom) radio channel has received information about former Prime Minister of Armenia Armen Sargsyan from the “Eurasia House International” organization. “Armen Sargsyan’s name is heard a lot in the current political field of Armenia and the mass media. It is worth mentioning once again that Armen Sargsyan has nothing to do with the political life of Armenia,” as stated in the new document, which also states that after his removal as Prime Minister and after ten years of serving the country Arman Sargsyan has never given any interviews and hasn’t made speeches about the political development. The authors that cleared up information assure that according to “trusted sources”, most of the information about A. Sargsyan is inaccurate and it’s thanks to journalists that let their imaginations run wild. “Armen Sargsyan has many good pro-government and oppositionist friends in Armenia and in all levels of Armenian society. For the time being, Armen Sargsyan isn’t interested in the internal political life of Armenia and doesn’t really want to play a role,” as stated by the “Eurasia House International”. It turns out that A. Sargsyan is also one of the founders of “Knightsbridge Associates”. The company is based in Europe and works in the fields of technologies and telecommunications of different countries. The goal of the company is to achieve great heights in making investments in the fields of technology and telecommunications, as well as technical advances, export of resources and the foundation of productions and consultations. The activities of “Knightsbridge Associates” and the sister businessmen companies covers a wide range of countries. They have branches in China, Mongolia, Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg), Ukraine, Central Asia, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. “Knightsbridge Associates” doesn’t have any branches in India. As for “ArmenTel”, according to the clarifications, in the early stage of the contest “Knightsbridge Associates” showed interest in making investments along with one of the companies that passed, however on July 1, the board of directors of “Knightsbridge Associates” decided to refrain from participating at the moment and not make any investments in “ArmenTel”.
